Getting to us from San Dimas
Most people take I-10 west across the San Gabriel Valley and through downtown Los Angeles toward the Westside, then down to Venice Blvd. Another option is I-210 west to I-605 south, then I-10 west. In light traffic, plan on roughly an hour. At rush hour it can be closer to two.
Since September 2025, San Dimas has its own Metro A Line station on the extension to Pomona. Ride to 7th St/Metro Center, transfer to the E Line west to Culver City, then Metro bus line 33 west on Venice Blvd. It is a long ride; check Metro’s trip planner.
Courts in the East District
San Dimas is in the area served by the Los Angeles Superior Court’s East District, which includes the Pomona Courthouse South, El Monte and West Covina courthouses. Your case may be handled at one of them, so check your paperwork. Our court ordered testing includes chain of custody documentation when needed.
Ways to test
- A single test. Book a one-time drug or alcohol test by appointment: urine, breath, EtG, or saliva on request.
- Random program. Unannounced test days, set up through our random drug testing program, for people who want results that carry weight.
- Ongoing monitoring. Regular testing over weeks or months, with one coordinator as your point of contact. Learn about ongoing monitoring.
- Court ordered. Testing for courts, probation and attorneys, with chain of custody paperwork and observed collection when the order calls for it. Read about court ordered testing.
Testing covers common drug classes, including fentanyl, plus alcohol. A positive screen that matters can be sent to partner laboratories for confirmation. Bring a photo ID, and tell us about prescriptions up front.
Mobile testing
We can sometimes send a tester to a home or workplace for an additional fee. Coverage in San Dimas depends on the day and schedule, so mobile testing may be available in your area; call to ask. Other Blackburn locations on the Westside can help outside office hours.
Who we help in San Dimas
San Dimas students attend the Bonita Unified School District, which also serves La Verne. Families here sometimes come to us when a young adult lives or works on the Westside, or for a one-time test. We also help professionals who commute into Los Angeles and clinicians who refer clients.
