Getting to us from Glendale
One route is CA-134 west, which becomes the US-101 Ventura Freeway, to I-405 south over the Sepulveda Pass and the Venice Blvd exit. The other is I-5 south to I-10 west. Either way, plan on about 35 to 45 minutes in light traffic and an hour or more at rush hour.
Transit from Glendale mostly points toward downtown Los Angeles. From downtown, Metro bus line 33 runs west along Venice Blvd to Mar Vista. Check Metro’s trip planner.
The Glendale Courthouse
The Glendale Courthouse, at 600 East Broadway, is in the Los Angeles Superior Court’s North Central District, which also includes Burbank. Check your paperwork for the courthouse handling your case. We provide court ordered testing with chain of custody documentation when needed, and results go only to people you authorize in writing.
Testing options for Glendale clients
- One-time tests. A single 12 panel urine drug test, a breathalyzer or an EtG alcohol test when you need an answer now. See one-time testing.
- Random testing program. You get a notice when it is your day to test, so nobody can plan around it. See the random drug testing program.
- Ongoing monitoring. A schedule set case by case with a monitoring coordinator who knows you and shares results only with people you authorize in writing. See drug and alcohol monitoring.
- Court ordered testing. Observed collection when required and chain of custody documentation when needed. See court ordered testing.
Screens cover common substances such as opioids, including fentanyl, stimulants, benzodiazepines and cannabis. Positives that will be acted on are confirmed by partner laboratories. Bring a photo ID and a list of your medications so results are read fairly.
Mobile testing
Mobile testing, where we come to your home or work for an additional fee, may be available in Glendale. Call to ask before you count on it. Outside our office hours, testing can sometimes be arranged at other Blackburn locations on the Westside.
