The Glendale Courthouse, at 600 East Broadway, is in the Los Angeles Superior Court’s North Central District, which also includes Burbank. Check your paperwork for the courthouse handling your case. We provide court ordered testing with chain of custody documentation when needed, and results go only to people you authorize in writing.

Testing options for Glendale clients

Screens cover common substances such as opioids, including fentanyl, stimulants, benzodiazepines and cannabis. Positives that will be acted on are confirmed by partner laboratories. Bring a photo ID and a list of your medications so results are read fairly.

Mobile testing

Mobile testing, where we come to your home or work for an additional fee, may be available in Glendale. Call to ask before you count on it. Outside our office hours, testing can sometimes be arranged at other Blackburn locations on the Westside.
